Will Driscoll


William Driscoll grew up in the Hikes Point area of Louisville, Kentucky. He is a graduate of St. Xavier High School (1985), Indiana University in Bloomington (BA Economics, 1989), and the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law (Juris Doctor, 1992).

Driscoll is admitted to, and experienced in, all State and Federal Courts in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. He has jury trial experience in Jefferson District Court, Jefferson Circuit Court, and the United States District Court, Western District of Kentucky. He has successfully presented appellate briefs and oral arguments to the Kentucky Court of Appeals and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Driscoll is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, Louisville Bar Association, Kentucky Academy of Trial Attorneys, and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Driscoll is a past member of the Board of Governors for the Kentucky Justice Association

Driscoll has been rated "BV" by Martindale-Hubbell, a peer review organization, meaning that other attorneys surveyed stated he had "High to Very High" legal ability, and that he "embraced faithful adherence to professional standards of conduct and ethics."

Will Driscoll is active in his community, having served on the Board of Directors for Options for Individuals, Inc., a local charity (1994-2005), and is a former member of the Board of Trustees of Springdale Woods Neighborhood Association (1996-2001).

Driscoll has been married to his wife, Amanda Jacobi Driscoll, since 1991, and has two young children.
