Attorney Referrals
About 40% of the cases Will Driscoll handles are referred by other attorneys. Sometimes, this is because the referring attorney does not have the time or financial resources necessary to handle a catastrophic injury or wrongful death case. Some attorneys simply wish to have co-counsel to share the work load associated with an important case. And, sometimes, referring counsel seeks to rely on Driscoll’s experience handling in complex litigation in regulated industries, such as claims involving tractor trailer accidents or nursing home neglect.
Driscoll enjoys working with other lawyers and strives to achieve an excellent result in every case. Whether you are seeking a passive role, or wish to be active co-counsel, please give us a call. |
