Driscoll admitted to Indiana Federal Court.

Jan 7th, 2012

Yesterday, Will Driscoll was admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana.  Driscoll will soon be seeking admission to a number of other Federal Court throughout the country, including most states in the Mid-West and South.

Driscoll is able to handle serious personal injury cases and Long Term Disability cases throughout the country.  Due to the amount in controversy, most serious personal injury cases against trucking companies are litigated in federal court.  And, because most Long Term Disability cases are governed by federal law ("ERISA"), these disability insurance cases are litigated in federal court.

In those jurisdictions in which Driscoll has not yet obtained permanent admission, local co-counsel can be retained at no additional cost to the client, and Driscoll can move for "pro hac vice" admission (admission on a case-by-case basis).

In the internet era, physical location is less and less important.  In federal court, pleadings and other Court documents are filed electronically, and most status conferences are held via conference call.  When your financial future is at stake, it is important to hire the attorney with the experience and knowledge necessary to fully protect your rights, advocate your interests and maximize your recovery.
